Returns conditions

  • We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed and without damage.
  • Returns shipping method and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We encourage customers to return items via registered or traceable postal services. Return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by dutiers.
  • Returns shipping costs for faulty or incorrectly fulfilled items will be the responsibility of dutiers.

Returns process

  1. Send an email to customercare@dutiers.com with your order number to initiate the process of returns. We will send you further shipping instructions if your returns meet the returns conditions listed above. Items sent back without first requesting a return are not accepted.
  2. Pack and ship your items using the original packaging. Please include the original packing slip to speed up your returns process.

Once we receive your returned items:

  1. We will send you an email update on whether your return is accepted.
  2. If accepted, you will be issued a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you can return it and place a new order.
